Once a shy, anxious individual, my dating life was a mirror to my inner turmoil. Told I was unworthy of love, I believed I was undeserving of affection. My journey was riddled with challenges: from feeling undervalued by family to being mistreated by partners. My heart bore the scars of unfaithfulness and betrayal.
